The purchaser must not engage in the following actions:

• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or resale of the Content
• Reselling the Content as materials or templates
• Converting the Content into NFTs for sale
• Removing, altering, or falsifying copyright notices
• Using the Content in defamatory, discriminatory, or indecent contexts
• Using the Content as training data for AI models

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use is permitted under the following conditions:

• Commercial use is limited to secondary uses such as advertising, video production, social media posts, and web design
• The Content itself may not be sold as a standalone product
• Redistribution of the Content to third parties is prohibited

4. Copyright

All copyrights for the Content are retained by the seller. Purchasers are granted usage rights within the scope of the license but do not acquire ownership or copyright transfer.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds and cancellations are not accepted after purchase.

6. Download Period and Limits

• Download period: 7 days after purchase
• Maximum number of downloads: 5 times

7. Disclaimer

• The seller is not responsible for playback issues caused by the purchaser’s device or software.
• If data corruption is detected, the seller will re-provide the Content if contacted within 7 days of purchase.

8. Suspension of Use

The seller may suspend access if unauthorized use or violations of these Terms are detected.
